A message from the team –

We at ProGas and Heating Services pride ourselves on friendly considerate service and where possible extending politeness in one’s attitude and behavior.

Under special circumstances ProGas and heating Services will extend a very special discount or refund because it is the “polite” thing to do!

 

Courtesy discounts are decided on a case by case bases, are not guaranteed and are between 1-10% of the invoice before tax.

Courtesy Discounts in no way constitutes an “acknowledgment” by PGHS of any wrongdoing. More so our willingness to please.

 

Conditions

Courtesy discount requests must be in writing using our online form here or emailed to support@pghs.ca

There must be a compelling reason to claim a Courtesy Discount. That you signed our invoice accepting the charges and now you want some money back because… is not a valid reason.

You must be the person that signed the invoice and paid the bill.

No third-party requests are accepted.

No phone in requests are accepted.

Courtesy discounts must be applied for within 30 days from the date of service, no exceptions.

You must not have already recieved a previous discount.

 

Referral Discount

ProGas and Heating is please to offer a $50.00 discount off of the regular service price of any gas appliance in your home.
