Today Farid came today to service my gas fireplace. Even though my appointment was missed yesterday I must say he was very nice and professional this morning. It was fast and efficient and the cost was exactly as quoted (which I thought there might be extra hidden charges) but was pleasantly surprised that there were not. Farid and Tod were courteous, friendly and I already know I will have them back next year as well.
