Today Farid came today to service my gas fireplace. Even though my appointment was missed yesterday I must say he was very nice and professional this morning. You are lucky to have him as an employee. It was a minor problem i.e. faulty batteries but I didn't know that. Thank you for Farid for fixing the problem.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to send a quick note to say how spot on and professional Farid was with the service of my gas furnace yesterday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He was extremely respectful and answered all my questions. It's hard to come by good people these days who really know their stuff. Thanks again Farid.
Professional and finished in a timely manner
Letting you know that Farid completed the servicing of the furnace, hot water tank and checked 2 fire places. He gave me a heads up about being late due to traffic and a flat tire. It was helpful to know. He was very friendly, explained everything so I could follow and answered all my questions. He was professional and finished in a timely manner. Thanks.

Very detail-oriented and was a pleasure to deal with
I was very happy last year with Farid - he worked very hard, was very detail-oriented and was a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who came today (‘Brian’) with his helper was very polite and they seemed to be working very hard. Straightaway Brian told me that I need to have the ducts cleaned, and that the flame rod might need replacing. Then he talked about how old the hot water tank is (2008) and the furnace (2001) and how I should think about replacing them.

Farid visited our home yesterday for the annual furnace inspection. Although I have had many good technicians Farid was exceptional. After he finished most of the work he showed me pictures of the inside of my now pristine furnace, naming each of the parts upgraded in recent years. He explained the functions and why I needed another upgrade which I was happy to oblige. Additionally he was friendly, interested and pleasant. Apparently a new employee there, he appears to be a keeper. Congratulations on hiring him.

Yesterday I had my boiler serviced and fireplaces safety checked by Farid. Farid was very courteous, clearly explained the scope of work as well as made recommendations for future. I am very happy with his work.

Was so impressed with Farid when he came to service the furnace and hot water tank at 14096 77A Avenue Surrey today. He was very polite and mindful of the cat so that she wouldn't get out. He was thorough and respectful during his job. He was mindful of budgeting and suggested what could wait and what needed addressing as soon as possible. Because of him I have recommended your company, and especially him, to a friend.
