I just wanted to take this opportunity to send a quick note to say how spot on and professional Farid was with the service of my gas furnace yesterday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Today Farid came today to service my gas fireplace. Even though my appointment was missed yesterday I must say he was very nice and professional this morning. You are lucky to have him as an employee. It was a minor problem i.e. faulty batteries but I didn't know that. Thank you for Farid for fixing the problem.
